Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the service location, a service fee may apply.

While we use professional-grade equipment and proven methods, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or discoloration. Results depend on material type, condition, and prior damage.

Certain delicate or heavily damaged items may carry additional risk, which will be communicated before service.
